Seconds Eco Store
Project Overview
Seconds Eco Store began as a home business in a sustainable, off grid, solar powered house built using recycled materials out on the desert mesa surrounding Taos. It was designed as a platform to use its purchasing power to support recycled artists all over the world as well as sponsoring local public art projects involving recycling.
Design Philosophy
The site InfoArc designed to replace the original Wordpress site needed to really capture the essence of the offerings and philosophy of the business, as well as really show off some of the unique products and the ethos behind them.
The brand colors are framing the entire interface, and make a solid impression.
The mobile-first design also works nicely to showcase the store and its location, as most visitors in Taos likely find Seconds by using the site’s footer map on their phones.
